Great with pasta or as an appetizer. Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon 2% low-fat milk |
1 teaspoon italian seasoning |
1 loaf italian bread, sliced thick and lightly toasted |
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler. Mix all ingredients except toast; Spread on toast. 2. Place on baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Broil 4” from source of heat 2-3 minutes or until golden and bubbly. |
