A nice change from potatoes! This recipe comes from a community cookbook. Ingredients:
8 ounces fine egg noodles, cooked |
1/2 cup butter |
1 onion, chopped |
1/2 tablespoon whipping cream |
1 1/4 cups grated parmesan cheese |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Pour noodles into a large serving dish and keep warm. Melt butter in a small saucepan and saute onion until tender. Add cream, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth. Do not boil. 2. Pour sauce over noodles and gently mix. |
