Ingredients:
6 tablespoon(s) freshly grated parmesan reggiano cheese |
1-1/2 tablespoon(s) butter, softened |
1 tablespoon(s) plus 2 teaspoons all purpose flour |
1-1/2 cup(s) finely diced tomatoes |
1 tablespoon(s) chopped basil |
2 teaspoon(s) evoo |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 400* and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl combine cheese, butter,flour and generous pinch of pepper and mash into a dough...form the dough into a 4 log and. Cut the log into 12 slices and arrange slices on baking sheet. Press the circles into 1-1/2 rounds. Bake on the lowest rack for about 7 minutes rotating the pan halfway thru. Let the tuiles cool completely then transfer them to a paper towel lined plate and blot ex ess fat. In another bowl mix toms with rest of ingredients and season with S&P...serve right away....tuiles an be made up to one week ahead...store in airtight container. |
