Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked regular grits |
1 1/4 cups milk |
1 (14-oz.) can chicken broth |
1 (10 3/4-oz.) can cream of celery soup |
1 cup grated parmesan cheese |
3 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil |
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Bring grits, milk, and broth to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat; reduce heat to low, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 4 to 5 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in soup and next 3 ingredients. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish. 2. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Top evenly with 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese. |
