This only serves two as there are only two people in my family who eat green beans. Ingredients:
1 cup green beans |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Boil green beans in salt water in a saucepan for about 3 minutes, until tender. 2. Drain and return to pan. 3. Mix in the rest of the ingredients, saving 1 Tablespoon of cheese to top the beans upon serving. |
