2 cups of uncooked orzo pasta |
3 teaspoons minced garlic |
1/2 cup butter cubed |
1/2 grated parmesan cheese |
1/4 cup milk |
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. 1. Cook orzo according to package directions and drain. 2. 2. In a skillet saute the garlic in the butter until tender. Add the orzo, parmesan,milk, parsley, salt and pepper 3. 3. Cook and stir until heated through. |
