Ingredients:
2 cups of uncooked orzo pasta
3 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 cup butter cubed
1/2 grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. 1. Cook orzo according to package directions and drain.
2. 2. In a skillet saute the garlic in the butter until tender. Add the orzo, parmesan,milk, parsley, salt and pepper
3. 3. Cook and stir until heated through.
