Parmesan Garlic Dressing for Spinach and Mandarin Salad

Don't be afraid - this unusual but memorable blend of flavours will leave you craving more. Just don't breathe on anyone after eating this. A real family tradition - have been making this for over 25 years after requesting the recipe from my mother-in-law.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons parmesan cheese
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 dash pepper
1 dash paprika
1 garlic clove, minced
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake well or use a Braun handmixer for extra creaminess.
2. For the salad: spinach, hard-boiled egg slices, sliced red onion, 1 can mandarin oranges (drained), bacon (cooked till crisp and cut into bits).
