Parmesan Fries Ingredients:
2 potatoes, wedged |
4 tbs egg whites |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
3/4 tsp. garlic powder |
1/8 tsp. salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425F. 2. Cut potatoes in to half lengthwise. Cut each half in half legthwise, and cut each quarter in half lengthwise again. You will end up with 16 potato wedges. 3. Mix parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and egg whites together. 4. Coat potatoes in egg mixture. 5. Spray a cookie sheet and lay out potatoes in a single layer. Bake for 35 minutes or until cooked through. |
