Ingredients:
4 large potatoes |
1/2 tablespoon ground thyme |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional) |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Cut potatoes into fry like strips, and pat wedges dry with a paper towel. 2. Place in a bowl and toss with thyme and pepper and drizzle with oil. 3. Place single layer on a baking sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. 4. Sprinkle cheese, salt and paprika (if using) evenly over wedges. 5. Bake for another 10 minutes to brown. |
