4 (5 ounce) salmon fillets |
2 -3 cups shredded parmesan cheese |
1 tablespoon italian seasoning |
2 -3 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. Cover the bottom of a sauté pan with the olive oil and heat to medium-high heat. 2. Combine parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning on a plate. 3. Dredge salmon fillets in cheese mixture and place in hot pan. 4. Cook for approximately 3 minutes on each side! |
