Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops |

Sounds fancy, tasts delisious, super easy!!! Ingredients:
5 pork chops |
1 1/2 cups italian breadcrumbs |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1/2 cup flour |
3 eggs |
3 tablespoons oil |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 2. Beat eggs in a medium bowl. 3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. 4. Dredge pork chops in flour, then into egg, then in bread crumb mixture. 5. Fry for 7 - 10 minutes on each side. 6. Cooking time depends on thickness of the chops, but you should have a beautiful dark golden brown crust. 7. Serve with my garlic cheese mashed potatoes. |
