4 halibut fillets |
olive oil |
sea salt |
green peppercorn |
garlic powder |
parmesan cheese (grated) |
lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Drizzle olive oil on fillets. Sprinkle with herbs. Turn and repeat. 2. Sprinkle with lemon juice. 3. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 5 minutes. 4. Turn. Bake for an additional 8 minutes or to desired doneness. 5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with 6. Parmesan cheese. 7. Broil until cheese is golden brown. 8. Serve. |
