Parmesan Crusted Asparagus |

Absolutely delicous! Do not overcook or you will have mooshy asparagus. Ingredients:
1 lb asparagus spears |
about a tablespoon of olive oil |
grated/shaved parmesan cheese (do not use the parmesan cheese that comes in the plastic shaker container. it's not the same thing and will not taste as good.) |
black pepper |
'1/4 c balsamic vinegar, or to taste |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees 2. Toss asparagus in olive oil 3. Place on baking sheet in a single layer 4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese & pepper 5. Bake 15 minutes until cheese is melted 6. sprinkle with balsamic vinegar to taste 7. Serve immediately so they stay warm and crisp! 8. Enjoy :) |
