Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) finely shredded parmesan cheese |
vegetable cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, forming a 2-inch round, on an aluminum-foil lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Repeat with remaining cheese, leaving 1 inch between rounds. 2. Bake at 350° for 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Quickly remove cheese crisps from baking sheet with a spatula. Cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container. |
