When corn is ripe and juicy, this is a great way to make it even better. Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning |
6 ears corn |
water, to boil corn |
1/2 cup water |
salt |
Directions:
1. Mix first 3 ingredient. 2. Set aside. 3. Bring water to boil, add corn; boil for 8 minutes. 4. Drain well. 5. Brush with butter mix. 6. Salt to taste. |
