Parmesan Corn On The Cob

When corn is ripe and juicy, this is a great way to make it even better.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
6 ears corn
water, to boil corn
1/2 cup water
salt
Directions:
1. Mix first 3 ingredient.
2. Set aside.
3. Bring water to boil, add corn; boil for 8 minutes.
4. Drain well.
5. Brush with butter mix.
6. Salt to taste.
