Kids love this! Ingredients:
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese |
1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley |
1 teaspoon dried oregano |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
2 whole chicken breasts |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. 2. Cut each chicken breast into smaller, evenly sized pieces. 3. Place chicken in a shallow oven proof dish. 4. Drizzle butter over chicken. 5. Sprinkle cheese mixture over chicken. 6. Bake uncovered at 180 degrees C for approx 30 minutes - until tender. 7. Serve with pasta and a green salad. |
