I like this recipe because it is easy to prepare, and my family loves it. Ingredients:
chicken piece (whichever pieces you prefer) |
water |
seasoned bread crumbs |
parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Place chicken pieces in a bowl and cover with water. 3. Pour bread crumbs into a small bowl and Parmesan Cheese into a separate small bowl. 4. Take chicken pieces out of water one piece at a time and roll in bread crumbs, then in Parmesan Cheese. 5. Place on baking pan and put in oven. |
