My husband loves this recipe. It makes your house smell wonderful too. Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1/4 cup flour |
salt and pepper |
4 tablespoons butter |
1 tablespoon italian seasoning |
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar |
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Mix salt and pepper in flour. 2. Heat butter in 12 inch skillet. 3. Dip breasts in flour and place in skillet. 4. Cook for 4 minutes each side until browned and juices run clear. 5. While chicken is cooking mix together remaining ingredients, including the rest of the flour mixture. 6. Remove chicken from pan when done. 7. Add parmesan cheese mixture to pan, stir and cook until it thickens. 8. Pour sauce over chicken. |
