PCRM Food for Life Instructor, Phil Eherenman, from Alaska Vegetarian Society, visited the VNA monthly vegan potluck in April, 2012 and gave us this recipe. One of our members, a teenage girl, makes sure they never run out of it at her house. Ingredients:
1/2 cup almonds |
1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Grind almonds in blender. Add other ingredients and blend briefly, to mix. Store in refrigerator. |
