My Mom made these for years...we love them to this day! Ingredients:
3 1/2-4 cups all-purpose flour |
4 teaspoons yeast |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 teaspoons garlic salt |
1 teaspoon italian seasoning |
1 cup milk |
1/2 cup water |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 egg |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Combine 2 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and Italian seasoning. 2. Separately, heat milk, water, and butter until 120 degrees. 3. Combine both mixtures. Stir in egg and remaining flour. Knead 5 minutes 4. Let rise 15 mins in warm oven. 5. Divide into 15-20 balls. 6. Dip each one into butter and then into parmeasean cheese. 7. Place into greased 13X9 pan. 8. Let rise 15 minutes. 9. Bake 375 20-25 minutes. |
