Here's another cheese straw-like recipe. Not straws, but crunchy dots of yummy parmesan. Great with salads or wine! Ingredients:
1/4 c flour, sifted |
1/2 t. salt |
1/2 c heavy cream |
3 t. freshly grated parmesant cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450. 2. In medium bowl, stir flour, salt and cream together until very smooth. Drop spoonsful onto a buttered baking sheet allowing for crackers to spread. Sprinkle each dot with parmesan and bake 5-6 minutes until lightly browned and crisp. Serve warm. |
