An easy but mouth watering recipe that puts a twist on basic finger foods. Ingredients:
6 tablespoons melted unsalted butter |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
3/4 teaspoon ground tumeric |
1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese |
12 6 inch corn tortillas |
salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine butter and spices. Brush the top of each tortilla with butter mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and salt. 2. Cut the tortillas into wedges and place them on a baking sheet and bake 10 to 15 minutes until crisp. 3. Once they are crisped, take them out of the oven and transfer the chips onto a wire rack to cool. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving or storing. 4. Makes about 8 dozen chips. |
