Ingredients:
1 1/4 pound(s) brussels sprouts thinly sliced |
2 tablespoon(s) evoo |
1 teaspoon(s) fresh thyme leaves |
1 clove(s) garlic, thinly sliced |
1/8 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1 teaspoon(s) red wine vinegar |
1/4 cup(s) coarsely grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In large jelly-roll pan, toss B. sprouts, EVOO, thyme, garlic, salt and pepper. Spread evenly. 2. Roast 20 minutes, stirring once. 3. Toss with vinegar and cheese - serve warm |
