Tasty take on this recipe. Ingredients:
1/3 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated |
1/4 cup smart balance butter spread |
3 tablespoons smart beat fat-free mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon mrs. dash table blend seasoning, divided |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/8 teaspoon onion powder |
1/8 teaspoon paprika |
2 lbs tilapia fillets |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the parmesan cheese, butter, mayonaise, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, lemon juice and 1/4 tsp of the Mrs. Dash. Set aside. Season the fish with the remaining Mrs. Dash. Add more if desired. Preheat the broiler and coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. place the fish on the pan and broil for 3 minutes. Turn fish and broil for another 2-3 minutes. Spread the cheese mixture on top of the fish and broil until the topping is golden brown. |
