Ingredients:
3/4 cup(s) plain yogurt
1/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
3 tablespoon(s) white wine vinegar
1/4 cup(s) parmesan cheese crumbled
1 tablespoon(s) shallots minced
2 teaspoon(s) cracked black pepper
2 teaspoon(s) capers minced
1 teaspoon(s) prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon(s) kosher salt
Directions:
1. Stir together yogurt and mayonnaise in a medium bowl.
2. Whisk vinegar into yogurt mixture until smooth. Stir in Parmesan, shallots, pepper, capers, horseradish, and salt.
3. Whusk again before drizzling dressing over salads. Refrigerate any leftover dressing in a covered container for up to 1 week.
