This is a quick, easy, tasty way to make black eyed peas. Use black eyed peas with jalapenos if you want it spicy. Easy and yummy! Ingredients:
2 teaspoons olive oil |
1 (14 ounce) can black-eyed peas, drained |
salt & freshly ground black pepper |
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated |
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add peas and cook 3 to 5 minutes, until golden brown. 3. Add salt and black pepper to taste and stir to coat. 4. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan and parsley. 5. Enjoy! |
