Great and different way to eat salmon!! Got the start of this recipe from BH&G Quick & Easy Recipes, made a few modifications and even my 7yr old eats it up! Super quick and cheap. Ingredients:
4 skinless salmon fillets (5 oz., 3/4 to 1-inch thick) |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. 1. Thaw fish if frozen. Preheat oven to 450°F Rinse fish and pat dry. Grease cookie sheet. 2. 2. In small bowl, stir mayo, chese and Worcestershire sauce. Spread thin coat of mixture evenly over both sides of fish. Place fish on cookie sheet. 3. 3. Bake uncovered for 12 - 15min or until flakes easily with fork. |
