4 cod fillets (4 ounces each) |
2/3 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1/4 cup chopped green onions |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Place fillets in an 8-in. square baking dish coated with cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, onions and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon over fillets. 2. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Yield: 4 servings. |
