4 (4 ounce) cod fish fillets |
nonstick cooking spray |
2/3 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1/4 cup chopped green onion |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Spray an 8 inch square baking dish with cooking spray. 2. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, cheese, green onion, and Worcestershire sauce. 3. Spread mixture over fish fillets. 4. Bake, uncovered, at 400F for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. |
