Parmesan & Bacon Corn on the Cob |

This is a recipe one of my true and dear friends introduced me to recently it makes a BBQ party a masterpiece. If you've never tried Parmesan & Bacon, then it's a must! Ingredients:
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons hormel real bacon bits |
6 ears corn |
water, to boil corn |
salt |
Directions:
1. Mix first 3 ingredient. 2. Set aside. 3. Bring water to boil, add corn; boil for 8 minutes. 4. Drain well. 5. Brush with parmesan & bacon mixture. 6. Salt to taste. |
