Green beans with Parmesan and garlic! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup green beans, chopped |
1 tbsp garlic, minced |
1 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated |
1 tbsp margarine, light |
Directions:
1. chop 1 1/2 cups of green beans, each piece about 1 inch in length 2. steam cook until bright green (about ten minutes) 3. When green beans are cooked, shock them by placing them in a bowl of cold water. 4. Heat up 1 tbsp of light margarine and 1 tbsp of garlic in a saute pan. 5. Toss shocked green beans with butter and garlic until covered. 6. Remove from stove and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top. |
