My husband 's version of an old favorite Ingredients:
1/2 cup light mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon dill |
2 tablespoons mustard |
1 teaspoon cider vinegar |
12 hard-boiled eggs |
1 dash paprika |
1 dash onion powder |
Directions:
1. Slice eggs in half and remove yolks. 2. Mash yolks, dill and powdered spices together first for smoother filling. 3. Then add wet ingredients - mayo, mustard, vinegar. 4. Stir until smooth. 5. Spoon into egg halves and chill. |
