Ingredients:
sprinkle
olive oil
cup
flour
tablespoons
parmesan cheese
tablespoons
parsley - flakes
teaspoons
rosemary
teaspoon
basil
Directions:
1. Peel potatoes, cut into quarters.
2. Brush with olive oil.
3. Place remaining ingredients in plastic bag and mix.
4. Add potatoes to bag and shake to coat.
5. Arrange in baking pan, turning once.
6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with a little more parmesan cheese.
7. Bake at 375 for 1 hour.
