Cooked flat bread Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour |
1/2 cup clarified butter |
1/2 cup water |
1/4 tsp baking powder |
1 tbsp clarified butter |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Knead until a soft ball is formed. 3. Separate into 5 balls. 4. Leave to raise (30 mins.) 5. Roll out on floured surface. 6. Cook on griddle (both sides) with 1 tbsp clarified butter. 7. Serve hot. |
