This recipe is primarily based on another from another wonderful chef Chef #29196 recipe /recipe/paprika-lamb-445075. Kangaroo is 98% fat free but has a lovely flavor. It does not need too be cooked very long at all. do try this! Ingredients:
500 g kangaroo steak |
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin |
1 teaspoon smoked paprika |
3 garlic cloves, crushed |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
salt |
fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix the cumin, paprika, garlic, oil and salt and pepper together in a small bowl, then massage over the steaks. 2. Heat your grill and cook the lamb cutlets until done to your liking (our Aussie chops are quite small and only need around 3 minutes a side to cook to pink). |
