This vibrant sauce makes a great accompaniment to roasted fish or grilled chicken. Ingredients:
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil |
4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced |
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar or 3 tablespoons sherry wine vinegar |
3 teaspoons sweet smoked paprika |
2 teaspoons hot smoked paprika |
Directions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic until golden. 2. Stir in the vinegar, paprika and season with salt and pepper. 3. Serve. |
