This is for crafts.
Ingredients:
3 cups water
1 1/2 cups flour
3 drops peppermint oil
Directions:
1. In a saucepan mix together flour and paste over medium heat until thick and creamy.
2. Cool.
3. Add Peppermint oil.
4. Dip strips of newspaper, or paper bags into this mix.
5. Rub off excess mixter.
6. Place on form one layer at a time, and let dry.
7. (Rip paper, don't cut it for best results).
