Ingredients:
3 cups peeled, seeded, and diced papaya |
3/4 cup peeled, diced kiwifruit |
2 tablespoons chopped sweet red pepper |
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped shallot |
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro |
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; toss well. Cover and store in refrigerator. Serve with beef, pork, venison, or fish or as a dip with baked flour tortilla wedges. |
