Ingredients:
1 cucumber |
1 papaya peeled, seeded, cut to 1cm cubes |
1 mango peeled, stoned, cut ot 1 cm cubes |
2 red chillies seeded and finely chopped |
7/20 ounce(s) fresh ginger peeled and grated |
1 red onion (small) finely chopped |
2 zest and juice of lime |
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice |
2 tablespoon(s) thai fish sauce |
4 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
2 castor sugar |
Directions:
1. peel cucumber, halve it length-wise, scoop out seeds, dice to 1 cm, put into bowl 2. add the rest, stir, season with salt and pepper 3. chill for at least 1 hour |
