1 small papaya |
1 small green pepper |
1 small tomato |
1 small onion |
2 boiled eggs |
2 ounces salami |
4 teaspoons oil |
1 teaspoon vinegar |
1 teaspoon parsley |
1 pinch white pepper |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Wash and seed green pepper. 2. Peel and seed papaya. 3. Finely slice papaya, green pepper, onion and tomato. 4. Place in small bowl. 5. Beat oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and parsley and toss with prepared fruit and veggies. 6. Slice eggs and place on top of salad. |
