This is a great topper for steamed white fish. Ingredients:
1/4 cup white onion, minced |
1 1/4 cups papayas, ripe, peeled and diced |
3/4 cup red bell pepper, diced |
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped |
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and minced |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. 2. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes and stir. 3. Serve over steamed fish. |
