Wonderful with fruit breads, as a condiment for baked fish, or as a morning spread on toast. Ingredients:
1/2 cup diced papaya |
1/2 cup diced pineapple |
3 tablespoons sugar |
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, cook the fruit and sugar over medium low heat for 20 minutes. 2. Serve warm or cold. |
