This salsa has fresh, tropical flavors from the diced papaya and mango. Spoon over the top of fish tacos and save the excess for tortilla chips. Ingredients:
1 cup diced papaya |
1/2 cup diced mango |
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper |
1 tablespoon minced fresh jalapeƱo chili |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
salt |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix papaya, mango, bell pepper, chili, cilantro, and lime juice. Add salt to taste. 2. Nutritional analysis per tablespoon. |
