This is a lo cal type of salsa but very tasty .. Its very good will grilled meats of any type..
Ingredients:
1 medium papaya, peeled, seeded and cubed
1 medium tomato, peeled and diced
1/2 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon vietnamese chili paste or chopped fresh jalapeno pepper. (this amount is strictly depending on your hot taste)
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients and let stand for 10 minutes.
2. This makes 2 cups.
