1 cup shredded peeled green papaya
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup red bell pepper strips
1 tablespoon grated peeled fresh ginger
1 teaspoon grated lime rind
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
