Prepare and refrigerate the slaw up to a day in advance. Ingredients:
1 cup shredded peeled green papaya |
1/2 cup shredded carrot |
1/2 cup red bell pepper strips |
1 tablespoon grated peeled fresh ginger |
1 teaspoon grated lime rind |
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
