Delicious and yummy. Ingredients:
1 papaya peeled, halved, seeded, diced |
1 apple pear peeled, cored, diced |
1 tablespoon honey |
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice |
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
dash of mint |
dash of ginger |
Directions:
1. Mix the papaya and apple pear in a bowl then mix the honey and the orange juice and then mix in the plain yogurt and then pour over the fruit and top with mint and ginger |
