Ingredients:
12 cup(s) rolled oats |
2 cup(s) ribbon coconut |
2 cup(s) cashews or almonds |
2 cup(s) sunflower seeds |
2 cup(s) wheat germ |
2 cup(s) bran |
1 cup(s) sesame seeds |
1 cup(s) honey |
1 cup(s) coconut oil |
Directions:
1. Combine honey and oil in saucepan and heat to just under boiling. Combine all dry ingredients. Stir honey mixture into dry ingredients, mixing well. Spread thin layers on cookie sheets or other shallow pans. Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes stirring occasionally until lightly browned. Repeat with remaining mixture. Cool and store airtight in cool place. |
