Ingredients:
1 lb red potatoes |
2 medium tomatoes |
1 cup milk |
1 bunch fresh cilantro |
1 bunch scallion |
1/2 cup queso blanco |
salt |
Directions:
1. Peel the potatoes partially leaving some skin on. Boil the potatoes until tender. 2. Chop onions, cilantro and tomato finely; saute. Add the milk, cheese, and salt to taste. Turn heat to low, and let it simmer until thickened. 3. Serve the potatoes on a plate, topped with sauce. |
