Ingredients:
4 potatoes diced |
2 onions, medium diced |
6 eggs, large |
1/4 cup(s) texas pete |
1 cup(s) pace picante sauce, medium heat |
8 flour tortillas |
Directions:
1. Chop potatoes and eggs and fry in a large deep frying pan. When all is cooked through, make a circle in the middle clear. Add your eggs here and then scramble until cooked hard, then mix with the potatoes, add Texas Pete and Pace Picante Sauce. Serve warm with sour cream, chedder cheese and guacamole. |
