This is more of a concept then a recipe but it is my absolute favorite way to eat fruit salad. I have made it several times for dinner guests and they always ask me for the recipe. It's hard to believe that it only has 3 ingredients Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, in juice |
1 (20 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained |
1 -2 cup frozen fruit |
Directions:
1. Place pineapple with the juice in a big bowl. 2. Add drained mandarin oranges. 3. Place frozen fruit over the top and let sit until defrosted. 4. Try different kinds of canned and frozen fruits to have some variety. |
